Refund and Return Policy

We insist you're completely happy with our products. We will replace your PetPoms or refund your money (minus shipping costs sometimes) should you be unsatisfied for any reason. Please contact us with any issues via text, email or telephone and tell us how you would prefer to resolve the issue and we will work it out.

We sometimes require the return of the original item(s) (at your expense) before we can process a return.
